The Closest Hotel to Ogren Park Allegiance Field
Planning a trip around a PaddleHeads game means you want to get in, enjoy the night, and not spend half of it figuring out logistics. Ogren Park is less than two miles from Broadway Inn on West Broadway. Most guests are parked and through the gates in under ten minutes from checkout.
After the game, The Still Room bar and restaurant is open when you get back. Free parking at the hotel, free parking at the ballpark, and rooms with concrete walls between them so you actually sleep. No surprises on either end of the night.
A Summer Night at Ogren Park
Ogren Park Allegiance Field sits at 700 Cregg Lane, just across the Clark Fork River from downtown Missoula. On game nights, the place fills up fast. Families take over the lawn sections, the smell of ballpark food drifts out from both sides of the stadium, and the Rattlesnake Mountains sit in the outfield view whether you notice them or not.
Gates open well before first pitch, and getting there early is worth it. The concession stands on both the first and third base sides have room to move before the crowds arrive, and the lawn fills up quickly once the game starts. First pitch on most nights is at 6:35 PM.
The 2026 PaddleHeads Home Season
The Missoula PaddleHeads head into 2026 chasing their sixth straight postseason appearance in the Pioneer League. This season they play a record 54 home games at Ogren Park, with 19 in June and 20 in July. The home opener is June 2nd against the Boise Hawks, kicking off a summer of baseball in Missoula that runs all the way through August.
July 3 and 4 Fireworks Games
The PaddleHeads are home on both nights of the Fourth of July weekend, with post-game fireworks shows celebrating America’s 250th birthday. These are the two highest-demand nights of the 2026 season. Broadway Inn rooms around that weekend go fast.
June 9-14: Oakland Ballers Visit Missoula
The defending Pioneer League champions, the Oakland Ballers, make the trip to Missoula for a six-game home series at Ogren Park. For anyone who wants to see the PaddleHeads tested against the best team in the league, this is the week to come.

More Than Baseball at Ogren Park
Ogren Park runs events through the summer beyond the regular season schedule. Centerfield Cinema is a Thursday night outdoor movie series held in partnership with Missoula’s own Roxy Theater.
Gates open at 6:30 PM and films start at 7:30 PM on the field itself.
Past summers have featured everything from classic films to family favorites. Bring a blanket, grab something from the concession stands, and watch a movie under the Montana sky. It’s one of those Missoula summer evenings that’s hard to replicate anywhere else.

Free parking
Broadway Inn has a free on-site lot. When you drive to Ogren Park, you park free there too. After the game, you drive straight back. No parking fees on either end.

Our on-site bar and restaurant is open for dinner every evening, starting at 4 PM on weekdays and 11 AM on weekends. Cold drinks and a full menu are waiting when you get back from the ballpark, without having to hunt for somewhere still open after a late finish.
The pool and hot tub are on-site
After a few hours at a summer evening game, the outdoor pool and hot tub tend to get used. Both are available to guests through the summer months.
Breakfast before a day game
Grab-and-go breakfast is available in the lobby every morning. Useful if you're heading to Ogren Park for an early start or want to make the most of a day game.
Traveling with a dog

By car
Head east on West Broadway, cross the Orange Street Bridge, and turn left on Cregg Lane. You will be at the ballpark in under ten minutes from the hotel parking lot.
By bike or on foot
The Milwaukee Trail runs alongside the Clark Fork River and connects directly to the area around Ogren Park. Broadway Inn sits less than a block from the trailhead, so on a warm summer evening it's a straightforward and genuinely pleasant way to get there and back.

If you’re staying a few nights, there’s a lot going on in Missoula in summer.
- The KettleHouse Amphitheater is about seven miles east, on the banks of the Blackfoot River.

- The Wilma is a historic theater downtown, about a mile from the hotel. Trey Anastasio, Watchhouse, Modest Mouse, and The California Honeydrops all play there in 2026.
- The Milwaukee Trail starts right outside the front door. It connects to miles of riverfront paths along the Clark Fork, and it's the same trail that takes you to Ogren Park. Rent a bike from one of the downtown shops or just walk. Either way, you end up somewhere worth being.
Stay two or three nights and you have time for a game, a KettleHouse show, and a morning on the river without rushing any of it. Broadway Inn sits in the middle of all of it.
